Prefabricated roof structures or trusses are an integral part of our production.

This technology, widely used abroad, is developing dynamically in Poland. It consists of replacing the traditional roof truss made on the construction site with prefabricated elements brought from the factory and installed with the use of a crane on the walls.

In practice, a wooden truss is created, and after precise cutting of specific angles punched plates are pressed into the elements under enormous pressure to solidify the entire connection. The use of this system guarantees time savings, non-dependence on weather conditions and, above all, precise statistical calculations for every roof.

Even the most complicated roof can be made in this way, we use software and a technological process supplied by Mitek Industries Polska - a potentate in this industry in Poland. Trusses are used in single-family buildings, agricultural buildings and industrial buildings, as they can have a very large span without the use of support columns.
